XEROS

This 1,000 square foot retreat is a paragon of ecological design. The house utilizes passive solar design principles and will include active solar systems on the roof. There is no water available at the site so rainwater will be harvested at the roof and stored in An underground cistern. In addition to a zero energy goal the client wishes to generate minimal waste on site therefore all plan dimensions are based upon the module of a 4’ sheet of plywood.
